Welcome to 24/7 AI Healthcare Receptionist, a service provided by Dr Reddy AI Automation Co Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all healthcare businesses that register and use our AI voice receptionist solution and associated admin portal.
Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using our services. By registering or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
In these Terms:
- HCB means a Healthcare Business that registers to use our service (e.g., Medical Centre, Dental Clinic, Allied Health Clinic).
- Admin Portal means the secure online portal provided to HCBs for managing their service.
- AI Receptionist means our automated voice receptionist that handles patient appointment bookings and related tasks.
- Service means the AI voice receptionist, the Admin Portal, and any related features, updates, or support we provide.
2. Our Service
We provide an AI-powered voice receptionist solution for healthcare businesses. The AI Receptionist can:
- Answer incoming patient calls
- Book or reschedule appointments based on information in the Admin Portal
- Send appointment reminders
- Transfer calls to a human receptionist if required
- Notify the relevant HCB staff if no human receptionist is available
3. Who Can Use the Service
Only verified healthcare businesses can register to use our Service. Access to the Admin Portal is granted to authorized staff such as practice managers or clinic administrators following successful registration.
We may request proof of eligibility during registration.
4. Subscription and Fees
We offer the following pricing options:
- Setup Fee + Per-Call Charges – Pay a one-time setup fee and ongoing fees per AI Receptionist call.
- Setup Fee + Monthly Flexible Subscription – Pay a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription fee.
- Free Setup + Yearly Subscription – Commit to an annual subscription with no setup fee.
Full pricing details will be provided during registration. Subscription payments are billed according to your selected plan.
5. Accuracy and Limitations
The AI Receptionist relies on the information you provide in the Admin Portal. While we strive for accuracy, incorrect or incomplete information in the Portal may result in booking errors or incomplete interactions.
Additionally:
- The AI Receptionist may transfer calls to a human receptionist if unable to assist.
- If no human receptionist is available, your designated admin contact will receive a message to return the call.
- The service is intended for appointment management only – it is not suitable for emergencies or medical advice.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information in the Admin Portal
- Maintain the confidentiality of your Admin Portal login details
- Use the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
- Ensure your staff are aware of the Service’s capabilities and limitations
7. Terminating the Service
You may cancel your subscription as follows:
- Setup Fee + Per-Call Charges – Cancel anytime with written notice.
- Setup Fee + Monthly Flexible Subscription – Cancel anytime with written notice.
- Free Setup + Yearly Subscription – 12-month minimum commitment applies; cancellation only permitted at the end of the subscription period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or provide false information.
8. Intellectual Property
We own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the AI Receptionist, Admin Portal, and related materials. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service or materials without written permission.
9. Liability and Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information entered into the Admin Portal.
- We do not guarantee the AI Receptionist will answer every call or be error-free.
- We do not provide medical advice or emergency services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months prior to any claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
10. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Australia.
